Address The Bay is a newly launched residential project with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom branded residences, with property sizes ranging from 803 to 1,970 sqft. The complex has an exclusive location on the best plot in Emaar Beachfront and currently is under development with the estimated date of completion in Q1 2026.

Dubai Marina
The sought-after area of Dubai Marina is also known as the “Arabian Venice”, as the prestigious waterfront district houses many different residential buildings, restaurants, cafes, and hotels built up along the waterfront. The area is actually one of the smallest parts of Dubai, but one of the most built-up areas in the city. The Dubai Marina district is located between Jebel Ali and Al Sufouh and consists of 10 smaller districts. The area has an artificial harbour, which extends up to 1.8mi, and is the largest artificial harbour in the world, leaving behind Marina del Rey in California, USA.
The waterfront district has over 200 skyscrapers, which include residential towers, offices, leisure, fitness and medical facilities, and hotels. Dubai Creek Harbour
Dubai Creek Harbour is a huge waterfront neighbourhood, located on the bank of Dubai Creek. The district features different mixed-use projects, a marina, holiday resorts, entertainment facilities, a yacht-club and much more. The original name of Dubai Creek Harbour was called Lagoons, and was initially developed by Sama Developments, but due to the financial crisis in 2009 it was cancelled, and later rebranded.

Emaar Orchid Creek Beach is a new residential complex that includes two buildings with 11 residential storeys. The development offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences and 4-bedroom penthouses, with property sizes ranging from 666 to 2,012 sqft. The total number of residential units in Orchid Creek Beach is 208.

At the moment the project is currently under development with the estimated date of completion in September 2025. The starting price for a 1-bedroom apartment in Emaar Orchid Creek Beach constitutes AED 1,100,000.
Emaar Creek Beach Lotus is a residential complex with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, with floor plan areas ranging from 666 to 2,252 sqft. The development includes four buildings with different numbers of residential floors: Building 1 has six floors, Building 2 – eleven floors, Building 3 – ten floors, and Building 4 has seven floors.
Amenities of the residential project comprise a swimming pool, a fully-equipped gymnasium, a yoga studio, valet parking and much more. The starting price for a 1-bedroom residence in Creek Beach Lotus constitutes AED 1,130,000.
