The central location of Downtown Dubai with the walking distance to urban infrastructure and entertainment arouses interest of the foreign investors. Furthermore, you can buy the real estate unit there in freehold.

The number of tourists grows every year which guarantees profit for the investors because even on the short-term rent in small apartments you can earn more than 10%.
