V Residences is developed by SODIC, one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers. SODIC has been listed on the Egyptian Exchange since 1996 and develops large-scale residential communities across Greater Cairo and the North Coast.

V Residences offers 2BR apartments and 3BR apartments with nanny rooms, ranging from 137 to 249 sqm. V Editions, the serviced residence collection within V Residences, offers larger 3BR residences with nanny rooms and select Family Room layouts, from 195 to 282 sqm, plus roof-level units from 83 to 145 sqm.

The starting price has not been published at the time of writing. Pricing depends on unit type and is confirmed by the developer on request.

V Residences offers a 10-year post-handover payment plan designed for off-plan buyers, with a 5% booking payment and the remaining instalments structured over the payment period.
