New phase of Bloom Living project – Townhouses only!

Bloom Living is a new off-plan residential development in Zayed City. The project will occupy 2.2M sq. m. of land and offer more than 4,500 homes, including apartments, villas, and townhouses inspired by Mediterranean Spanish architecture. Bloom Living is divided into various phases, with three launched to date: Cordoba (phase 1), Toledo (phase 2), and Casares (phase 3). The latest phase will feature only townhouses.

If the investment value is AED 2M (USD 545K) or more, investors can apply for a 10-year Golden Visa. The benefits of this visa extend to spouses, children, and household staff. As long as the property ownership is maintained, the visa can be extended an unlimited number of times.
