The Sustainable City – Yiti by Diamonds Developments

The Sustainable City – Yiti is a world-class resort project located in the ITC zone of Oman, in close proximity to the capital of the Sultanate. The community will occupy a 9.38M sq. ft plot at a mountain foothill overlooking the Oman Gulf with access to a private beach. The project was developed by Diamond Developers in collaboration with Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN) to adhere to the highest environmental and sustainable standards.

All the necessary infrastructure will be provided within the community. However, residents can opt to drive about 10 minutes to the luxurious Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah, Muscat or Jumeirah Muscat Bay to discover the dining options and shops available at these hotels. The nearest supermarkets include New Muscat Supermarket, Shoppers, or Al Jinnan Shopping Centre and are all within a 20-minute drive.

Once the construction of the project is completed in 2025, you can obtain a 5-year extendable residency in Oman with a minimum purchase amount of OMR 250K (AED 2.4M, USD 650K).

In November 2023, developer Diamond Developers introduced a favourable 30/70 payment plan. You pay 5% as an initial deposit upon reservation, and 70% is paid after the property is transferred.
