Skyhills Residences by HRE Development and OCTA Properties

Skyhills Residences is a new development by HRE Development and OCTA Properties in Dubai Science Park, consisting of two 40 and 47 storeys towers. The architects of the project are specialists from QHC Architects & Engineers, and construction of the project is planned to be completed in Q4 2026.

The complex offers fully furnished studios, 1–3 bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom duplexes, with living areas of properties measuring from 427 sq. ft to 1,335 sq. ft. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is 30 minutes away by car, and it takes the same amount of time to see the world-famous attractions in Downtown Dubai.

Dubai Science Park, Foremarke School 1 and Dubai Science Park, Foremarke School 1 bus stops are both within walking distance.

Property in the complex is suitable for families with children, as there are Dovecote Nursery and Smart Start Kindergarten nearby for toddlers. Once the residences are ready for occupancy in Q4 2026, foreign investors will be able to apply for a UAE resident visa. A two-year visa is available if the purchase price is above AED 750K (USD 204K), whilst a 10-year visa is available for property purchases from AED 2M (USD 545K).
