SAMANA Barari Views is a new project by SAMANA Developers and will be located in the Majan neighbourhood. The development will be 28-storeys tall and there will be studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments available to purchase. Construction is expected to be completed at the end of 2026.

Once the project is finished and ready for handover, foreign owners will be able to apply for a 2-year UAE residency visa, provided their investment meets the minimum purchase requirement of AED 750K (USD 204K). If the total value of the investment meets or exceeds AED 2M (USD 545K), the foreign buyer will be eligible for a 10-year Golden visa that covers not only the property owner but their spouse, children and even domestic staff.
