Its shimmering façades draw on the Emirates’ pearl-diving heritage, while landscaping is by Michel Desvigne Paysagiste. Homes feature natural wood flooring, built-in wardrobes and fully equipped kitchens. Across 52,883 sq.ft, shared amenities bring together swimming, fitness, wellness and family spaces, with cafés, restaurants and boutiques along the waterfront promenade.
