The Pad is a high-rise residential complex located on the banks of a water channel in Dubai’s Business Bay district. The project was developed by Omniyat Properties and was commissioned in 2021. The 25-storey skyscraper has a 6.5-degree incline and a modern façade that was built using an abundance of glass. The tower has a podium with a gym and a swimming pool.

There are a total of 256 residential units, including 1 to 2-bedroom apartments. Units are available to buy and rent and have interior finishes that feature calm light tones. Apartments offer views of the Al Jadaf Dubai Canal on one side and Downtown Dubai with views of Burj Khalifa on the other.
