Mercer House is a brand new development that will sit in the vibrant area of Uptown Dubai, and includes two residential towers with a common podium, called South Tower and North Tower. Both buildings in Mercer House will have four levels of dedicated parking just for residents. The development company of the project is Ellington Properties, who is a top-notch real estate developer in Dubai.
