Elara is a residential project in Madinat Jumeirah Living, combining elegance and comfort. The creator of the project is Meraas, who is known for Central Park at City Walk, Design Quarter at d3, Bluewaters Bay and Bulgari Lighthouse Dubai. The project is planned to be completed in Q4 2026.

Elara consists of three buildings: Building A, B and C. The design mixes traditional and contemporary styles. Elara will feature more contemporary design in comparison to the previous phases.
