Hillside Residences by Wasl

Hillside Residences is a large-scale project by one of Dubai's major property developers, Wasl. The community will be located in Wasl Gate in the Jebel Ali district and will include 14 residential buildings, which means everyone has the opportunity to find a property according to their preferences and lifestyles. 

The developer will release the last building in the complex on the 27th of February. Only 55 units in total will be available to sale in Building D. These properties are made up of 1-3 bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom duplexes, 2-3 bedroom penthouses and 3-bedroom sky villas.

Depending on the amount of real estate investment, you may be eligible for a 2-year or 10-year resident visa. Both documents apply to your spouse and children, while the latter applies to household staff as well. Visas can be extended an unlimited number of times as long as you remain the owner of the property.
