Fairway Villas  is a new addition to the developing master community of Emaar South. The developer of the project is Emaar Properties, known for Sunrise Bay, Golf Place Terraces, Creek Waters and Arabian Ranches. The developer has already delivered over 85K residential units with over 27K more in various stages of construction.
