Emaar Emirates Hills Land Plots in Dubai   

Emirates Hills is an area of low-rise real estate 19 km west of Dubai. It is known as a gated golf community and a valley of luxury villas. Residential buildings are limited to two stories in height. The villas are located around an 18-hole golf course that was created with the participation of Colin Montgomery, an 8-time winner of the Order of Merit on the European Tour. The mission of the project developers is to create a space for living with modern amenities, but in proximity to nature. The project was launched by Emaar in 2003. Was chosen hilly area, ideally suited for golf.
