Bellevue Towers is a new residential complex located in the center of Dubai directly in the prestigious Burj Khalifa District. The project was launched by one the most well known Dubai-based developers Dubai Properties in May 2016. Estimated date of handover is Q3 2020. Bellevue Towers consists of two 23-storey residentials towers, the East and the West, both of them host in total 300 apartments with 10.3 ft high ceiling in the living/dining room.

All the residents will be provided with amenities such a swimming pool, public spaces, and a fully equipped gym. And for the young residents there are custom designed kiddie play areas.
