DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts Dubai is a mixed-use, one-of-a-kind development located in the iconic Business Bay (Burj area). Four 55-storey towers are interconnected by an 8-level podium, with 3 of these buildings offering 1,200 units of DAMAC Maison Paramount luxury serviced apartments with 1-3 bedroom layouts. The fourth tower is set aside for 800 hotel rooms under the Paramount brand. The project was developed by DAMAC Properties and was completed in 2019.

The serviced apartments range in size from 914 to 2,238 sqft. The extravagant residences are fully furnished, with a contemporary design that embodies Hollywood flair. At the same time, the hotel's décor is reminiscent of the spirit of Paramount, conveying the atmosphere of the film studio's films.
