Claydon House by Ellington Properties

The development company of the stunning project is Ellington Properties, which is known for the creation of One River Point and The Crestmark. The new complex will be ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2027.

The complex will consist of a ground floor, a five-story podium, and 38 residential floors. The tower offers a collection of 407 premium residences, which offer a magnificent view of the city.
