Shaista is a 15-storey residential complex located in the community of Al Furjan, Jebel Ali District, Dubai. The project was developed by Azizi Developments, who is one of the most famous developers in Dubai, and the architect of the project was 360 Degrees Architectural Design Consultancy. The major construction works were made by Al Fada Contracting & General Maintenance.

The project was launched in September 2016 and was completed in 2021 and consists of 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom apartments and 23 two-bedroom apartments. The units are fully equipped with all necessary furniture and home appliances. The living area of studios ranges from 462 to 516 sqft, one-bedroom apartments vary from 904 to 1,151 sqft, while floor plan areas of two-bedroom apartments are from 1,399 to 1,506 sqft.

Among the amenities in Shaista, available to residents are a gymnasium with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a spa, children’s playground, a temperature controlled swimming pool, private parking with hundreds of spaces and a valet, a BBQ area, recreation areas, a cycle path, sports courts, as well as amazing green spaces and parks.

Residents will be offered concierge services, and will have access to a local shopping center with an area of 7,211 sqft. The territory is under 24/7 security managed by a private security company, and the perimeter of the community is under CCTV. Throughout the complex and in public areas, one can also get access to an unlimited internet connection.
