Ashwood Residences by Skyland Properties

Ashwood Residences is developed by Skyland Properties (Skyland Horizon Real Estate Development L.L.C.) in partnership with DLM GRID. Skyland Properties draws on the experience of Mumbai developer Raveshia Realty. Across Mumbai and the UAE, the group is developing around 1.6 million sq.ft (149,000 sq m) of real estate with stated GDV of about AED 1.8B (USD 490M).

The project offers studios (368–398 sq.ft), 1BR apartments (657–673 sq.ft), 1BR + study residences (783–1,387 sq.ft), 2BR apartments (1,146–1,234 sq.ft), and eight Sterling Collection penthouses with 2–3 bedrooms plus a study (1,360–2,753 sq.ft).

Prices start from AED 736,000 for a studio, AED 1.14M for a 1BR apartment, AED 1.36M for a 1BR + study residence and AED 1.78M for a 2BR apartment. Sterling Collection penthouse prices are available on request.

The developer offers a 30/70 plan: 10% on booking, 10% within 30 days, 10% by October 2027 and 70% on handover in May 2028. A 4% DLD fee waiver is offered at launch.

Handover is scheduled for May 2028.
