Wasl Gardenia Townhomes is residential complex, located in Wasl Gate near Ibn Battuta Mall on Sheikh Zayed Road, consists of 257 townhomes with three- and four- bedrooms. This project also includes 6 500 apartments which will be put in the commission later on.
