Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai

Baccarat is a French brand known for the production of crystal products such as vases, candlesticks, glasses and accessories. The company, founded by Louis XV, goes back to the 18th century, and every year the company creates new products which mix tradition and modernity.
Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai is the first project from Baccarat in the UAE, and will be surrounded by world-class attractions and entertainment venues, such as Dubai Mall and the famous Burj Khalifa. The project is being created together with Shamal Holding and H&H Development, and the design was developed by 1508 London and the Studio Libeskind team. The complex is planned to be handed over in 2026.
The complex includes two towers that will be designed in a sophisticated style with glass facades, reminiscent of Baccarat products. The interiors will feature exquisite fabrics, lots of marble, crystal decorative elements and gorgeous chandeliers.
Among the units on offer will be 2–4 bedroom apartments and a limited collection of penthouses. Future residents can choose a premium unit from 1–4 bedroom penthouses or a 5-bedroom penthouse across floors 39–41. A 5-bedroom duplex penthouse on the 42nd and 43rd floors is also available for purchase.

Cavalli is a world-famous Italian fashion brand and manufacturer of clothing, shoes and accessories. The brand is known all over the world thanks to its unique ornaments on products made of denim, leather, knitwear and other materials. Animal prints are a prominent feature of the brand and sometimes features throughout its collaborations with developers. Cavalli is known for its innovative vision, which will be used in each space in the DAMAC Bay by Cavalli development.
DAMAC Bay by Cavalli consists of three skyscrapers in Dubai Harbour. The project is located next to Dubai Media City Park, and is within a 10-minute drive from the popular area of Dubai Marina. DAMAC Properties is the developer of the project and the completion of the development is planned to take place in Q3 2027.
The façade of the building resembles the waves of the ocean, and all three towers will be connected by a bridge at the top, with a shape that resembles a sea serpent. The interiors are also inspired by a marine theme. Entering into the lobby with high columns will make you feel like you are in the halls of Poseidon. The uniqueness of these Cavalli-branded residences are emphasised thanks to the chandeliers in the form of crystals and water drops, its panoramic windows which visually enlarge the space, and the vast furniture which features lots of zebra prints.
Among the units on offer are exquisite 1–3 bedroom apartments, 3–5 bedroom super luxury duplexes, and luxury residences from the Skycrest Collection. Investors may also be interested in buying an entire floor within the project.

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the first branded real estate project from the French automobile brand Bugatti, and is being created in collaboration with the developer Binghatti. The complex will be located in the business district of the emirate called Business Bay, which is just minutes away from the famous attractions of Dubai, such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The project is planned to be completed in 2025.
Bugatti Residences by Binghatti will be distinguished by its thin contours and flowing lines, just like the Bugatti supercars. The unusual shape and the whole appearance of the complex will be reminiscent of the ultra-luxury motionable sculpture.
The project consists of 182 residences that will be part of two collections. Riviera Mansion Collection offers 2-bedroom Cannes residences, 3-bedroom St Tropez residences and 4-bedroom Monaco residences. There is also an option to choose one of 11 penthouses from the Sky Mansions Penthouse Collection.
The finishings of residents will include marble, matte and glossy chrome, corrugated wood and other luxury materials. Thanks to the latest version of the Smart Home system, which will be installed in every home, you will feel maximum comfort.
