Tilal Al Ghaf Harmony Villas is the new phase and sub-community of Tilal Al Ghaf which offers luxury villas and world-class facilities within a unique location. The sub-community have multiple landscaped green spaces interconnected with walkways and trails, an outdoor gym, jogging and cycling tracks. Launched in Q4 2020, the villas are being developed by Majid Al Futtaim and will be completed by 2021.
Harmony offers a wide range of villas with four to five bedrooms. Four-bedroom units varies from 3,736 sq. ft to 3,915 and have a starting price of AED 2,990,000. Villas with five bedrooms varies from 4,416 sq. ft to 5,154 sq. ft and start at AED 3,498,990.
Villas for sale in Tilal Al Ghaf Harmony feature modern interiors design, spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a maid’s room, a large terrace, a balcony and a large car garage for three vehicles.
Moreover, every unit features a smart home system, which can be used to control air-conditioning, lighting, temperature and security locks. Most of the villas also have inner courtyard and gardens.

The community features convenient location between Downtown Dubai and DWC Airport, so the residents can fast travel around the city’s major shopping and leisure destinations. Public transport is not presented in Tilal Al Ghaf yet, but you can use nearby bus stops in Dubai Sports City.
According to the last Dubai’s property market report for Q3 2020, townhouses and villas in Tilal Al Ghaf are one of the most trending off-plan properties in Dubai. The third phase of Elan townhouses with a total of 322 units was completely sold out, while the first two phases were sold within two weeks. Given that, one can expect the new phase of Harmony Villas in Tilal Al Ghaf to be in high demand among both buyers and investors and to show a high return on investment.
