Rasha Ibrahim, Senior Sales Manager at Metropolitan Premium Properties, has received a landmark award from Arabian Business - Real Estate Legend 2024. This ranking includes leading figures who help develop the UAE's advanced real estate industry.

Rasha's journey to success started early. In her 16 years, she worked as a translator at international property shows, which awakened her passion for the industry. Her career began in the luxury hospitality industry, which later led to a prestigious position at the Royal Family's presidential airline, Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.

In 2018, she joined Meraas/Dubai Holding where she quickly established herself as a high calibre professional and became one of the top three people in the sales department. Rasha continued her brokerage career as an associate at Metropolitan Premium Properties, winning Top 10 Achiever Awards every year.

After 2021, Rasha's career went to a new level. In 2022, she sold over AED 1.5B (USD 408M) worth of properties and won numerous awards, including the Black Onyx Award from Meraas for the best sales performance of the year. In the ultra-luxury property market, Rasha Ibrahim's sales volume at Bulgari Island alone totalled AED 500M (USD 136M) and earned her the title of Queen of Bulgari Island.
