The Metropolitan Group in the rating Great Place to Work™ UAE Index

The Metropolitan Group, which is a leading real estate agency in the UAE, was recognized as the third Best Workplace™ in 2024 in the Large sized business category by the Great Place to Work — a global authority on workplace culture. The annual award ceremony was last Thursday.

Metropolitan is the first and only real estate brokerage company to be included in this list. The official ranking of the best employers in the UAE is based on confidential feedback from all employees and an audit of management practices and culture at work. The Metropolitan team includes more than 700 employees and 66 nationalities speaking 41 languages.

The company continues to demonstrate outstanding results in real estate brokerage and ranks in the Top 10 for the third consecutive year. In 2023, Metropolitan Group ranked sixth among the Best Workplaces in the UAE, rising four positions compared to 2022. In 2022, the company was also recognized as #1 Best Place to Work for Women in the GCC and was included in the list of the Best Workplaces for millennials in the same region for two years in a row.
