Helvetia Residences in JVC by DHG Properties

A well-known Swiss developer with over 30 years of experience, DHG Properties, has announced the launch of off-plan sales of its debut project in the UAE — Helvetia Residences. The start of sales was successful, and the company announced that 15% of all residences in the project were sold out on the first day on Thursday.

As of Q1 2024, the elite residential project worth AED 600M (USD 163M) is under development in the Jumeirah Village Circle area. The Helvetia Residences complex will offer a wide range of real estate, presented by 430 residences with state-of-the-art amenities.

According to the developer, investors will receive a project of world-class quality, while end users will be able to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle. By bringing its signature European touch via Helvetia Residences, the DHG company will expand its portfolio and be able to cater representatives of a wide variety of nationalities in the UAE.
