The cost of housing in Al Barari will reach the level of Palm Jumeirah

The luxury real estate sector in Al Barari is showing rapid growth. Large-scale projects are being implemented that are attracting the attention of investors. Experts believe that in 2024, prices for luxury housing in the area may reach that of Jumeirah Golf Estates and Emirates Hills.

Luxury real estate in Al Barari currently shows one of the best ratios in terms of value, quality, property size, luxury, and amenities among prestigious areas in the emirate while still boasting prices that are 20-30% lower. In early 2024, luxury mansions and villas will be developed in the area. This will lead to a sharp increase in the number of home purchase transactions.

Experts are confident that given the high demand for real estate, Al Barari will reach the same price level as other elite areas of Dubai, such as Dubai Hills and Palm Jumeirah. Since January 2022, Al Barari house prices have risen by 111%. In other prestigious areas, the cost increased by 125% over the same period.

The increase in specific indicators in the real estate market in Dubai reflects the activity of the market and attractiveness for investors. At the same time, the demand for housing is higher than the supply, which leads to an increase in prices. Experts believe that in the next two years, the cost of residences will stabilise due to the implementation of large projects.
