The construction of Palm Jumeirah began in 2001, and at the end of 2006 the first buildings started to be erected here.
Now the island is home to elite five-star hotels and private luxury real estate. The main advantage of property on Palm Jumeirah is its unique location. The area with the cleanest beaches, surrounded by water on all sides, provides residents with solitude, privacy and tranquility, which are simply impossible in the crowded and noisy areas of the metropolis.
