Madinat Jumeirah Living is a master-planned community located in Madinat Jumeirah, one of the most popular residential and entertainment destinations of Dubai. The master developer of the community is Dubai Holding. The total area of the development is 3.85M sq. ft, which includes residential sub-communities, open spaces, community parks, recreation areas, facilities and pedestrian walkways.

MJL has been officially launched in September 2018, while the construction began in 2019. The estimated handover date of Madinat Jumeirah Living is 2021-2022. While there is no official information about the actual development completion, we can already see some progress on the construction site: the ground works have been finished and the first residential buildings rise above the ground up to 16-18 floors.

The development of MJL is subdivided into three phases: Lamtara (first phase), Rahaal (second phase) and Asayel (last phase). Each phase represents a sub-community with 1-4BR apartments MJL.

The first phase, Lamtara, will introduce luxury apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms. The phase has been launched in October 2018 and is scheduled for completion in July 2021.

Launched in December 2018, Rahaal is the second phase of MJL, which offers 1-4BR apartments for sale. The handover date is August 2021.
The third and the final phase of Madinat Jumeirah Living is Asayel. It features luxury apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Launched in April 2019, this sub-community will be ready by Q1 2023.
