Madinat Jumeirah Living is a waterfront community located in Madinat Jumeirah, opposite to Burj Al Arab and along the coast of Jumeirah. The community has a total area of 3.85M sq. ft and includes three sub-communities, a community center, multiple parks and open spaces, recreation areas, etc.

Upon its completion, the development will comprise three sub-communities: Lamtara, Rahaal and Asayel. Lamtara and Asayel will have 3 residential buildings each, while Rahaal will have 2 buildings. Each building will feature 1-4-bedroom apartments for sale in Madinat Jumeirah.

MJL is a master-planned development with its own infrastructure, which provides the residents with various facilities for almost every need. There are three 5-star hotels (Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and Jumeirah Al Naseem), a dining outlet with dozens of cafes and restaurants and several entertainment facilities (incl. Wild Wadi Water Park and Souk Madinat Outdoor Theatre).
